Do you know the 12 tribes of Israel?
Until recently I didn’t, and certainly not how they went from being Israel’s kids to having their allotted roles and plots of ground within the promised land.
But over the past few years, I’ve been reading and re-reading the Bible in it’s entirety and have loved every second of it.
In particular I’ve loved learning things I’ve never seen before and discovering how they fit within the big picture of the Bible story. Reading through the Old Testament swiftly, and in large chunks has helped me understand and love the gospel more, and given me a greater appreciation of the New Testament in general.
It’s this love of the OT that has inspired our first ‘resource’ (I used the word resource loosely, as it’s more of an art print of something that’s easy to find out).
I’ve compiled the 13 children of Jacob/Israel into a playful, colourful print, with additional notes that invite you to explore further.
