On this page you’ll find a brief overview of what is included in our ‘Starter’ package. This is by no means exhaustive, but is designed to help you understand what is included and decide whether it is right for you and your organisation.

1. Scope of Services
- The Starter package includes the creation of a bespoke website for your organisation.
- This package covers the design and development of up to a 5 page website.
- The website will be fully responsive, ensuring optimal display across various devices.
2. Revisions
- You are entitled to up to 3 rounds of revisions during the design process.
- By ’round’ we mean a selection of changes across the website, including anything from stylistic to content changes.
- Any additional revisions beyond the included three rounds will be subject to an additional fee of £50 per round of revisions.
3. Content
- It is your responsibility to provide all necessary content for the website, including text, images, and any other materials.
- We can assist in sourcing stock images if needed, but this will incur additional fees to be agreed upon commencement of the work.
4. Hosting
- Hosting is not included, but can be added for an additional fee of £84 per year.
5. Timelines
- We will strive to complete the project within the agreed-upon timeline.
- Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as late submission of content or unforeseen technical issues.
6. Payment
- Payment for the Essentials package is due in full two weeks after completion of the work.
- We accept payment via bank transfer.
7. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights to the branding materials created as part of this package will transfer to you.
- We retain the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed upon.
8. Termination:
- Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice if the other party breaches any material term of this agreement.
- In the event of termination, you will be responsible for payment for any work completed up to the termination date.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Our liability for any damages arising out of or related to the Essentials package shall not exceed the total fees paid by you.
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Governing Law
- This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert jurisdiction].
11. Amendments
- We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
- Any changes will be communicated to you in writing and will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
